Review of No Rinse Cat & Kitten Shampoo ^^

This is my favorite product for my cats this month 'coz it does save me a lot of work ^^ As you already know that both of my cats are in door and they are old already (this s so sad, they won't be flexible to clean their fur everyday =( )  so, this product also helps them a lot in cleaning the fallen fur for them each day and keep them smell nice =)) Yup, I definely recommend this ^^

However, I wanted you all to see how cute cats are when they play (just ignore the messy room, OK)  =) Zoe likes to play with sth soft and tiny such as rainbow tiny ball and laser pointer,... since she s so shy and delicate ( not really -___- ) and Hopscotch , as a boy (used to be -___- ) prefers to play with the cat charmers and scratching pole,...

Stray Cats around My House

One morning, I came out of my house and saw a tiny kitten on my deck. I felt so bad for that hungry kitten and fed her/him ( honestly, I can't tell cat gender at all. Someone told me that male cat normally has one color and female cat has more than one, which obviously the case of Hopscotch and Zoe so, I just took it as that. =))) I'll do more research later, no now, after a long day ^^  )
One week later, after I kept feeding this kitten, I found out that there is a whole COLONY of  approx. 10 (and more cats) on my deck everyday at different time lolz. They are all so cute and I hope I can provide them all a warm shelter in this cold weather. =( Right now, I can only afford to buy the cheap big bag of dry food in Lucky for 8 dollars to feed them. Pictures below are the one I've captured randomly at dif time, if any of u r interested in adopting one of those cats, let me know ^^ ( I don't want to call the animal control because somehow I don't want them to end up being put to sleep if noone want to take them home. At least for now they have my small store room, freedom, and some food =((((  )

Funny Cat Videos =)

Mannnn, I can sit at home all day watching these types of videos on youtube and yahoo =) Anybody knows where to get this cute hat ? ^^ I want to buy it for my cats =)

Awww, I wish my cats can do this >.< It'll save me lots of money on cat litters lolz BUT, this can be awkward when it comes to blaming who forget to flush the toilet ^^

Water Fountain for Cats =)

My cats wanted fresh water 3-4 times a day and it was a tiring job for me to keep changing the water plate. Even I tried to use one of the cat water bottle with the tap control, Hopscotch still came to my sin and asked for water. ( yup, that s how he always signal me that he is thirsty and that I need to change to cool fresh water -__- ) Finally, we came up with a small water pump and it worked out very well. I attached the video so that I don't have to describe how it looks like ^^ And now both of my cats have fresh and cool water with lots of oxygen plus, I don't have to bother changing water anymore, just have to refill ^___^

Vietnamese New Year

Lunar New Year is only 7 days away =) This year ll be the year of the Cat ( Chinese and Korean will celebrate the year of the Rabbit ) Zoe and Hopscotch will have 3 TET days full of treats. How about u guys? What do u do on Lunar New Year? ^^

Cats and Fleas

Fleas r unavoidable things once u have cats. Even both of my cats are in door cats, Hopscotch does run outside once in a while when we accidentally let the door open. He normally stays outside at least a day depend on the weather -___- Yup, when it s rainy and cold, he would be back within a couple hours. If we intentionally want to purnish him by not let him in yet, he ll scratch on the door desperately to get in >.< . Surely, when he comes back in, I would bring him straight to the bath tub and shower him. =__=  I'll post a another blog about how I shower my cats with pics so, I ll skip to the using flea treatment part. =)) I have bought several types of medicine in the market but Advantage is the one that I think working best so far. It might be a little costly but hey, if u buy the cheap one and it only works for a short time, u have to buy many of them, which might be equal a box of Advanta.ge already ^^ This medicine is simple to use, just open one tube and squeeze it on the back of the cat's neck => DONE ^^ U'll see no flea ever survive after that ^__-

Tips: even though it is said that u have to use the medicine monthly, u don't have to. Just use the first two consecutive months ( once a month ) just in case =) and after that, only apply again when ur cats expose to fleas again from running outside ^^

Couch potatoes ^^

I came home pretty late today so, I'll just post a simple video about cats and TV =))) ZOe seems to be more into the shows than Hopscotch does but mainly because she is more alert of loud sounds or movements. ^^
Oh, I forgot to mention. If you r thinking about finding a channel or movie that u ll enjoy with ur cats, make sure u let them start with some Cat Entertainment Video on Youtube first  ^^ This is just for u to see their reactions toward what s on screen 'coz one cat tend to believe what they watch than another =)

Cats and Their Moods

Unlike us, cats don't show their emotions on their face but  you can tell what your cat is feeling through their tails =) I have observed both of my cats closely for a while and I came down to this.
-> Carried high - proud, friendly, and content, for Hopscotch, this means happy and relax, for Zoe's case, it means she feels safe ( This can be different from cats to cats depend on how they grew up, Hopscotch was a indoor cat when I got him and Zoe used to be a stray cat =) )
-> Extended straight - stalking, scared, and stress I would say because I saw Zoe ran across us with this extended straight tail when we are with visitors. Besides, Hopscotch did this all the time when he was playing hide and seek with the toys. ^^
->Carried low - either relax or sad. I would mainly say sad 'coz this means they both want us to play with them or let them outdoor for some air ^^
-> Sweeping from side to side or twitching tail:  Excited or irritated . Hopscotch does this all the time when he listens to music or play with us so, I assume mainly excited ^^

Top Three Favorite Foods of Hopscotch and Zoe

1. Fancy Feast, Canned, Variety Pack, 24 cans each box 
( Make sure you keep the coupon provided in each box for the next purchase ^^ It can save you a couple dollars each time. My cats can finish these TINY cans in no time so I normally use this for special occasion or as treat )

   2.   The Goodlife Recipe, dry cat food
         (Both of my cats are considered big compared to regular cats of their breed so, they need plenty healthy diet foods ^_- Luckily that they lovessssss it )

  3.   Cat Grass

        ( Salad for cats are surely the best way to help their digestive system. Hopscotch is not a big fan for grass but Zoe is ) ^^

Cats and Beef Jerky

You can already tell from the title of the blog about what I will show below so, I just gonna make a quick video about beek jerky as new type of treat for cats. Trust me, cats will go crazy if  they smell it =))  Just make sure u tear the treat into small thin pieces for better chewing. ^^

"Can't Keep Up With The Poops ?? --__-- " ==> Thinking scoop free ^^

Yes, thinking scoop free =) I remembered that it was a Big pain for me to clean up the litter tray and cat litter spill every morning for my two Big cats so, LitterMaid LM900 Self Cleaning Litter Box was a life saver ^^ I would definitely write a good review for this product since Zoe stopped scattering litter around and the odor was kept under control ^^
Tips: if u want to save money on replacing boxes, u can place a small trash bag or grocery bag over the box and just throw away the bag after it s filled =)

Cats and Carton Box

Yup, I found out that cats love carton box so, I tested it out with a simple set up: a defined- edge carton box ( so cats can rub their cheeks there), cute design (optional off course ^_- ) and their favorite fleece sheet. DONE ^^ Woah la la , they both found their way into the box right away. =)

Cats and Newly-Washed Bed Sheets

Both of my cats loveeeeee it when I change new bed sheets. It doesn't matter where, if it s a newly-washed bed sheet with the smell of Downy Fabric Softener, then they will jump on it and stay as long as they can. =) Their favorite textures are satin during summer and fleece during winter. ^-^ One thing about the fleece sheets is that u have to brush or clean the fur often...yes, they don't even want to lay on their own fur >.<

I got these cute cat beds from Walgreen and all I did was adding extra cushion with their favorite fleece sheets =)))
